David McDermont has 23 years experience as a senior public sector manager in the areas of education, resource development, public sector reform, government services, contract management and strategic procurement. He is Chairman of the West Australian Association for International Development. David has specialised in the review and restructuring of government services, the assessment, development and implementation of e-GP strategies and systems and contract development and management.

Robert Kay brings a broad range of skills to IGS. His public sector experience spanned environmental management and information system development and governance. He specializes in the development of long-term project management systems through capacity building, skill transfer and mentoring approaches. This is undertaken through a tailored suite of consulting approaches. His public sector, academic and consulting experience ensures a flexible, conceptually rigorous and outcome-oriented approach to all projects. He is a member of the Australian Association of Project Managers and a foundation partner of the OneCoast knowledge ecosystem focused on sustainable development of the global coastline through enhance information technology service provision.

Jorge is a former Minister and Vice-Minister of Planning, and manager of the Government On line Program in Colombia. He has advised a number of South American governments on e Government Procurement (e-GP) strategies and implementation. He is currently a support consultant to the Multilateral Development Banks working group on e-GP.
